Eat Up, Slim Down

Woahhhhhhh Yep I did..............you heard me right Eat Up and Slim Down Baby!!!!!!!!

Let me explain








Alrighty well let me ask you this how many of you have ever tried them crazy diets thats promised you to loose weight and get super sexy? Did it work?
 
If it did AWESOME Hi 5 to you but I bet you could'nt maintain it..................diets suck and DO NOT work and are a waste of time its all about making lifestyle changes to suit YOU and get this did you know everyones different DERRRRR

 





ok just one more question how many meals a day would you say you have? And are they massive? Are they nutritious or is it just processed shit? hehe Pardon my french
 
 
Enough with the questions sooooo here is 5 reasons to eat more and help you loose weight:
  • EATING MORE RAMPS UP YOUR METABOLISM
    When you go on a diet and start eating less, what happens is that your brain sends a signal to your body telling it to go into starvation mode which is bad! The body responds and causes a famine reaction and stores fat. Eating more and more frequently gives your body energy and helps speed up your metabolism improving your chances of burning that annoying ugly fat.
  • EATING MORE HELPS YOU BUILD MORE LEAN MUSCLE MASS. MORE MUSCLE YOU HAVE THE MORE FAT YOU BURN
    Lol I know what your thinking...........HOLY CRAP I don't want to look like Ms. Hulk lol no way. Ok get this when most girls start training or going to the gym and then after a 2 weeks or so they feel like dayyymmmmm I'm looking and feeling good so what do they do they hop onto the scale and then watch their number on the scale and are like WTF because it's more than what it was when they started and they feel like the fattest thing in the world which doesn't make sense at all because they are feeling and looking a tonne better. What they don't realize is that muscle weighs more than fat. The more muscle you have on your body the more fat your going to burn. Scales are evil they don't tell you how much muscle you have gained and don't give you your body fat %. It's better to see your body fat % decrease thats what you want. Muscle is metabolically active tissue which means it burns energy just to maintain itself. The less muscle you have the less calories you burn.
  • EATING MORE GIVES YOUR BODY FUEL FOR EXERCISE
    When you diet and eat less you have no energy and feel like crap!!!! If you look at professional athletes they eat like horses (P.S I have no idea what horseys eat like) what I'm trying to say is that they eat alot and have the best bodies in the world. Your body is like a car if you aint got no fuel you aint gonna perform need to fuel your body so you can kickass!!!!
  • EATING MORE & MORE FREQUENTLY MAKES YOU FEEL FULL
    Most of us can stay on a strict diet for a few days or maybe even a few weeks but we eventually give into cravings and binge. It's not because were undisciplined or not dedicated to our goals its because we are freeeeeaking starving man. When you eat regularly throughout the day, you get a slow steady burn effect from food. Also when you eat more you loose the urge to binge and avoid junk
  • EATING MORE PROVIDES THE NUTRIENTS YOUR BODY NEEDS
    Ok now when I say eat more I mean eat good shit if you eat bad stuff your just going to become fat and unhealthy I'm guessing you don't want that. So that means lots of vegetables, fruits and lean proteins. When I was a kid I hated vegies I remember when mum use to shove em down my throat now that I'm all grown up I get it...........I love you mum.

Goodbye Baby Belly..........How To Get The Sexy Back In Sexy Mama!

Hope you doing awesome and killing it getting amazing fitness and weight loss results!!!

Alrighty.....so lately I've been getting alot of fitness questions about "How To Loose The Extra Weight After Pregnancy" so I'm going to hook you up with the goods ;) By the way congrats on being a mum!

Dazzz a Big Mama

Here are some simple nutrition and food tips for you super busy mums that will help you say goodbye to that baby belly once and for all:
-Eat 5-6 small regular meals a day
-Make sure to have protein, carbs and fat at each meal

-Have a high protein and low to moderate carb diet
-Drink plenty of water
-Prepare your meals in advance

MMMmmmm Food......Keep It Real!

Fit Yummy Mummy Workout that will melt away that ugly baby fat and get your body back.......Oppsy Daisy I mean an even BETTER BODY!
-20 second jog
-20 high knees
-5 pushups
-20 butt kicks
-1 minute plank hold
-20 second shuttle run
-5 pushups
-10 squats
-20 walking lunges
-20 second shuttle run
-60 star jumps
-5 pushups

Repeat that 3 times.......very little or no rest!


Now thats what I'm talking about the SUPER SEXY MAMA FORMULA..... so you know what time it is??? Time To Get Hott And Sweaty :)

Lest We Forget Workout - Anzac Tribute Workout

AAAAATENTION!!!







Hope you guys had a great happy easter.

Was the easter bunny nice to you this year leaving you lots and lots of chocolates I bet he was haha. I know I'm guilty for eating alot of easter eggs and now I'm gunna pay the price and work my butt off commando style with this KICKASS DO OR DIE WORKOUT.....you should too.

Todays Anzac Day where we remember the fallen diggers who fought and battled for us during the First World War which was 96 years ago they fought hard and did us proud these tough brave men are the definition of true real SUPERHEROES.



My ANZAC Day Tribute Workout

Jumping Jacks
Pushups
Situps
Rows
Burpees


x 96 reps each

this is a killer workout, your gunna need a killer attitude and put it in blood sweat and tears baby just like our boys did 96 years ago............I dont care how you do it split it up do it all in a row or any other way just do it and get it done...............HOORAHHH!

Top Easter Snacks To Help You Control Your Weight



Its that time of the year, every chocoholics dream where we get like a million easter eggs and get to dig in and stuff our faces with exotic chocolates.

Easter is like the best excuse out to binge on chocolate and have a loco coco overdose.


How awesome would it be to live in a world made of chocolate.....just like the Cadbry chocolate ad on tv or like Willy Wonka that would be sooo cool.....you never know some dreams do come true?

So is chocolate evil???

Muhahahaha

No way chocolate is the best.......however it is BADD if you have too much of it sooo just be smart about when you eat it.

Anyways because its easter and all you guys love chocolate soooooo much I'm gonna give you some of my fave chocolate recipe snacks to indulge myself during this festive season........

WARNING please try these out at home......pretty please: trust me they taste yummy and are pretty healthy so enjoy!

#1 Melted chocolate and a banana

#2 Melted chocolate and half a punnet of strawberries




#3 Nutella pancakes with blueberries

#4 Chocolate covered almonds

#5 Cinnamon mocha protein shake


 1 scoop of Anywhey protein powder
1 cup of 1%, skim, Lactaid, Rice, or Soy milk
¼-½ packet of sugar free chocolate Carnation instant breakfast, sugar free cocoa, or 1 tbsp. of sugar free Hershey syrup
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. decaffeinated instant coffee



Soooo there you have it my FAB 5 try 'em out and help yaself out by not pigging out too much on chocolate and sweets so you dont feel guilty and have to pay the price later with intense gruelling exercise........so for now bye bye bye and have a HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY Easter.....enjoy!

You Booty........Awesome Butt Firming Exercises

Women carry alot of extra junk in their trunk (fat deposits). Female bodies are not very willing to give up these fat cells :( sooo its important to choose the right and best exercises and workouts to TRIM and TONE your GLUTEUS MAXIMUS.

SQUAT
You gotta love squats......this exercise is like the bomb when it comes to building BUNS OF STEEL......and the best thing about the squat is that your not just working out ya booty but your also workin your thighs and hamstrings.
*Do 3 sets of 15 reps and feeeeeel the burn :D


LUNGES
This exercise works wonders for your glutes also hitting your hips and thighs.........awwwwww yeh
*Do 3 sets of 20 reps


GLUTEUS KICKBACK
These are sooooooooo good for sculpting and shaping your butt.
This is how you do it....get on the floor on all fours, extend one leg and with the foot clocked to a point that places it in line with the head. Then raise it to a 45-degree angle with the foot elevated above the head. The key to maximum results is to concentrate on contracting the glutes throughout the full range of motion.
*Do 3 sets of 10 reps

 STEP UPS
Easy peasy japenesy......You just have to step on a platform, or any raised area for that matter. You have to step up and down repeatedly on a quick motion with a straight back at all times to be able to work not only your butt, but also your legs, and even your thighs.
*Do 3 sets of 16 steps

4 Ways To A Flat Stomach

okay sooo here are 4 AWESOME ways to get rid of that belly and get a FLAT STOMACH once and for all

You wanna eat foods that have healthy fats (monounsaturated fats)..... These fats are sooo cool because they actually help you burn off body fat........NICE =)
Eat Avocados

This fruit will help keep fat off the midsection. Add it to your salads, or use it as spreads on sandwiches or have on the side of your grilled chicken burrito......yum yum

Eat SOME Dark Chocolate

Make sure you look for 60-70% cacao in the ingredients for max benefits. It taste a little bitter but I like it and so should you LOL. Oh yeah and just remember to eat smart and don't eat TOO MUCH of it or else youll end up lookin like an ompa lumpa.....just saying for all you choco addicts out there

Snack on Almonds


Proven studies have shown that these lil bad boys do help burn of fat around the mid section. Have a handful as one of your 2-3 snacks a day. These are super easy to carry around and definately one of my favourite snacks to munch on while I'm on the go.....


Flat Belly Exercise
"The Russian Twist"

Sit your body so it forms a V shape, with lower legs crossed and lifted (heels on the floor if your a beginner). Hold a medicine ball or dumbell between both hands or if you dont have access to them use like a sandbag, watermelon or a jug of water. Move left and right touching the ball to each side of the floor while maintaining the V shape.15-20 reps each side should do it.
